The Keysight N4962A is a cost-effective 10G BERT consisting of an internal clock system, a PRBS generator and a bit error detector. It is primarily used for testing, manufacturing and characterization on automated production lines. The N4962A features a highly integrated custom ASIC that reduces part count and operating temperature for greater reliability. The N4962A also features a compact form factor and a simple user interface, making it ideal for use on production test benches.
